How do I pay, and what happens if a payment is missed?
The short answer
Each month you receive one family invoice with a due date, and reminders before it. If an invoice stays overdue, your child’s access is paused. Their progress, streak and tree are kept, and access returns as soon as the payment is recorded.
How do invoices work?
One invoice per family each month, listing the plan for each child and any mentorship packages you chose.
Will I be reminded?
Yes. We remind you before the due date, on the day, and again after if it is still open.
Is anything lost if access is paused?
No. Lessons, tutor and lab pause, but progress is kept and returns the moment payment is recorded.
