Is it free to register, and when do I start paying?
Yes. Registering your child is free, and nothing is billed when you register. A mentor first reviews your child’s place, then confirms the plan and fees with you. Billing starts from the month your child receives their sign-in details and begins lessons, with one family invoice a month. Paying is always your choice: you are never obliged to take up a place or to continue, and we never take money automatically.
What happens after I register?
A mentor reviews the registration, usually the same day, and contacts you on WhatsApp. They confirm your child’s place, the core plan and any mentorship you are interested in, and the fees, before anything is billed.
When does the first invoice come?
Your first invoice covers the month your child receives their sign-in details and starts lessons. After that you receive one family invoice a month in the family app, with a due date and reminders before it.
How much does it cost?
Fees depend on the plan and any mentorship you choose. A mentor confirms them with you before anything is billed, and every invoice lists exactly what it covers.
Can I stop at any time?
Yes. Paying is your choice and you can stop whenever you like. We never take money automatically. If an invoice is not paid, your child’s lessons pause and their progress is kept, so they can carry on when you are ready.
